I’m a country girl. And just because we say Y’all, doesn’t make us stupid. Just because we still believe in enjoying the small things, and we have morals and roots we’re proud of, doesn’t mean that we should be made fun of. Just because we think our music should tell stories and not go on about the hot girl down the street you got high with and banged, doesn’t mean we’re less than you- it just means we’re real and we still believe in things most people don’t anymore. And so what if we’re patriotic? That shouldn’t be a bad thing. We love who we are, where we are, and where we come from. We’re COUNTRY, and we’re PROUD.
